Bayern Prepared To Pay For Sanchez - Carlo Ancelotti

Bayern Munich manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has admitted that likes Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez and is open to bringing him to the Allianz Arena.

“If an opportunity comes up, the club will be ready,” Ancelotti said at a media conference to mark the first day of Bayern’s pre-season preparations on Saturday.

“There are lots of rumours. Alexis is a great player but not the only one in the world. I like Alexis.”
Reports had claimed that Bayern were not willing to pay big transfer fees for players above 29, but Ancelotti appears more keen to do a deal for Sanchez.

He added: “There are possibilities in the transfer market, which can be in many directions.

“I believe that the market is currently somewhat crazy – and Bayern is not a crazy club.

“I know the culture of this club and will not ask for any players for whom the club has to spend crazy sums, but if there are occasions, why not?”

Sanchez Slams Arsenal Fans for Demanding #WengerOut

Arsenal striker, Alexis Sanchez, has slammed the club’s supporters over their protests asking for manager Arsene Wenger to leave.

Sanchez has backed the Frenchman, to bring in new players in the summer and change the club’s fortunes around next season.

He said: “This is normal. I think in every team they always buy more players. Barca, Real Madrid, Bayern, they always buy more players and I think we can have the option to buy more players to be stronger every day.

“For me, it (fan demonstrations) is very bad. He is the manager who gave a stadium to the club, won cups, and he has been 21 years in the job. He is the creator of the stadium, the players and style of the club.”

The Chile international’s future is also up in the air, as he is yet to agree a new deal with Arsenal.
