The Super Eagles of Nigeria on Monday expressed their
gratitude to fans for their support during the first and second leg of the
Africa qualifying match against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
Nigeria are 6 points clear in Group B African qualifier and
are on the verge of reaching their sixth World Cup after their 1-1 draw with
Cameroon on Monday night in Yaounde.
The Eagles took to their Twitter account to show their
appreciations to supporters with a group picture.
“Dear fans, thank you so much for all the support. We are
getting closer to Russia 2018. We stay focused.”
The result sees the Eagles remain top of the group with 10
points, while Zambia who play Algeria on Tuesday(Today) are second with four
points.
