Paris Saint-Germain sporting director, Antero Henrique, is in London
to try and tie up a deal for Arsenal striker, Alexis Sanchez.
Le Parisien reports that PSG are determined to land the Chile
international this summer, to spearhead their bid for domestic and
European glory in the coming campaign.
Sanchez has one year left on his current deal at the Emirates and recently said he would love to play in the Champions League.
Arsene Wenger is confident of keeping hold of the players, but the
Gunners are reluctant to let him leave for free in 12 months’ time and
could be tempted to cash in.
PSG have also been linked with a world-record swoop for Neymar, and
boss Unai Emery said: “PSG wants the best players in the world, who are
in the best clubs in the world.”
