Arsenal has agreed personal terms of £90,000 a week with Thomas Lemar.
According to The Sun UK, a deal with Monaco for the winger is, however, yet to be reached.
A second bid of €45 million for Lemarwas rejected by Monaco.
Monaco are under no pressure to cash in on the 21-year-old.
Arsenal, however, has agreed a long-term contract with Lemar.
