Barcelona star, Neymar has privately confirmed his
intention to complete a world-record transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, according
to a report in Le Parisen.
The Ligue 1 outfit are ready to meet Neymar’s €222million
(£196m) buy-out clause and are confident of convincing him to move to Parc des
Princes with a stunning five-year contract worth £596,000 a week after tax.
The French newspaper reports on Friday that the Brazilian
is now ready to leave the Nou Camp behind, telling his closest friends in the
Barcelona dressing room that his mind is made up.
Meanwhile, Barcelona president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, has
said that any club that wants to buy Neymar, must break Financial Fair Play
(FFP) regulations.
In an interview with the Associated Press, Bartomeu sought
to draw a line under the developing saga and warned PSG that they would be in
breach of UEFA’s FFP rules, if they forced through a move for Neymar.
