Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has described
Cristiano Ronaldo as the player who made a difference, as they won their first
La Liga title in five years on Sunday.
Ronaldo scored his 24th league goal of the season, as Madrid
defeated Malaga 2-0 on the final day, to be crowned champions.
Karim Benzema wrapped things up in the second half, to spark
wild celebrations among the Los Blancos players and staff.
Zidane was in a jubilant mood afterwards and hailed Ronaldo
for his performances.
“He is always there to make the difference,” Zidane said.
“I am happy for him and the rest, it is a little different
because he is always there to do it.
“It is spectacular, the credit is for all of them because
all of the players have fought, the message has been that they are all
important and have been key to the success.”
