In furtherance of clean
and hygienic rural markets as well as the dignity of women and men folks in
Anambra State, Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFÉ), the NGO of the wife
of the Governor, Chief (Mrs.) Ebelechukwu Obiano built and handed over modern
toilet facilities with male and female sections and water boreholes at Otuocha
market in Anambra East and Nkwo, Awkuzu in Oyi Local Government Areas
respectively.

This brings to eight the number of toilets and twenty-one
boreholes completed and handed over free to communities. Any surprise why the EU
