Anambra Operation Zero Pothole Team is a daily road maintenance
programme of Anambra State Government. The State holds the view that
Maintenance is Key. Hence, The Anambra State government does not wait for total
collapse of roads before repairs. Every pothole is identified and fixed to
avoid total failure.
That's the power of Vision, the #ObianoEffect
in the Operation Zero Pothole being championed by the Anambra Daily Road
Maintenance Agency.
This team of 150 young persons specially trained to fix all
kinds of potholes were equipped and inaugurated by Gov Obiano to ensure that
our roads are pothole-free thus reducing avoidable road accidents, increasing
travel comfort and on the long run saving costs.
While the government amidst the economic condition continues
to construct virgin roads and reconstruct already failed roads, this Zero
Pothole Team, on daily basis, work on the existing roads to ensure that they
are in the best condition.
If not for this team, most of our roads would have failed.
Infact, I recommend such a team for all roads in our dear Nation!
