Sahara Reporters have learnt that the $50m seized by the
EFCC belongs to the National Intelligence Agency (NIA).
In A series of tweets, Sahara Reporters revealed that
President Buhari Ordered that the cash be returned to the Central Bank of
Nigeria after he was briefed by the DG NIA that the money was meant for a
"covert operation" which
predates President Buhari's Administration, but has been blown by the EFCC.
