The ongoing case involving
Chocolate City boss, Audu Maikori
did not hold on Thursday due to the absence of the magistrate.
Maikori has been charged for allegedly inciting violence due
to his comments on the Southern Kaduna crisis.
The legal practitioner had claimed six students of an
institution in Kaduna were killed by Fulani herdsmen.
The news however turned out to be false, after which he
apologized for misinforming the public.
He was later arrested twice before charges were brought
against.
Maikori was granted bail on March 13 on health grounds.
The case has been adjourned till May 15, 2017 after the
judge didn’t show up.
